Visiting Santa by PPbN

Visiting Santa file from PPbN Designs
This is how I set up my page for the print-n-cut part of this project. I deleted all cut lines except for the outside edges. I added and offset to the bow extra pieces so no white would show. I added stitching lines to the title by selecting the title letters and did a internal offset. Then I chose a line color (white). Next choose the line style you like ( I chose the second dash one but any will work. Now this is where I goofed up the first time and had to redo but you have to choose a line thickness on the same screen as Line style, I choose .026 but that is your choice, also.
 I glittered the bows.
I used Flower Soft for the beard and trim
These are the foam dots I used to add dimension.
I used velvet cardstock for Santa's outfit and his mittens. i added Glossy Accents on the berries for the holly. This page has a lot of texture and dimension even though I choose to use print and cut for most of the page.
Another layout with the same paper pieces plus some extras from the sil. store.

Off to 9th Grade by PPbN

Hello, it is Janice from Craft Place here with a new layout from PPbN Designs. School started last week so I did this layout for my daughter. This is my youngest child's first day in high school. The file I used is Off to 9th Grade and the calculator is from Off to 7th Grade.
Finished layout
This is the printed page I set up in DE of my Silhouette software. I choose digital paper for each piece and set my page up to print. I had no cut lines so I could print the whole page and not worry about having the registration marks. I printed on my Epson wf-7520. To add some dimension to the page I used Glossy accents on the backpack front, stars and added dots on the letters. To finish my page I added the photos and the pieced pencil and calculator (which I added some Glossy accents to as well). Hope you enjoy and have a fantastic week.

I'm Nuts For You!

Happy Monday everyone.  I scrapbooked some pictures of my favorite 3 year old. The file is I'm Nuts For You! and I'm Nuts For You Squirrel. I made the titles under pictures by welding my text to a small rectangle right in the DE software. The little signature was scanned from a picture she gave me. I wanted to document her signature for later on. Simple layout but I like how it turned out.

You are the Peanut Butter to My Jelly PPbN Designs

Decided to give you a second project today. For this one page layout I used just 2 sheets of white paper printed on my Epson wf-7520. The page on the left was a print and cut for the embellishments and mats the one on the right for the background paper. I placed everything I wanted printed on the page as I wanted it to be seen, changed colors where needed and added the banner shapes, title and border on top of the digital paper. The digital paper I bought from Jessica Sprague and it is from the Italian Soda Shoppe collection from www.carinagardner.com. Hope you enjoyed the layout.

Jasmine Birthday card with pop out book base

Hope everyone had a wonderful weekend. I found this card base and I knew I wanted to make a card out of it. The ppbn files worked great for my princess birthday card. I first put the card together so I had an idea how large I could make my paper piecings.

Next I cut out the figures I wanted, I glittered the castle tops and generated the Make a wish in my DE software. The genie is on a wobble so he moves.
Members Exclusive file Dessert Princess with the Lori Whitlock file called 2a pop out book card. Put it all together and this is my card. To become a member of PPbN Designs.

Smores tic tac toe game from PPbN

Smores tic tac toe game is such a fun file. I made this one for my grand daughter since she had a rough weekend. Hope she love it. I sized it down pretty small so the mouths didn't cut as good as they should but I wanted it to fit in an envelope.

Sisters Frozen Layout

My beautiful grand-daughters had to have their hair braided to go with their shirts. Claire one braid and Julia two braids. As soon as I saw the Anna and Elsa files I knew I would have to make them, so detailed and cute, I love them. The files I used were Snow Queen 2Frozen Princess 2Sisters Title with a font off my computer for the names. I had a little trouble with the eyes on Anna but by the time I got to Elsa I had figured them out. I was trying to make it too hard instead of just following the direction.

Fun in the Sun

I have a whole new batch of pictures to scrap after being on vacation for 6 weeks but I have been having trouble finding the ambition to scrapbook. Nikki's new files have my head swimming with lots of ideas just need to set my mind to it and start cutting. This weeks blog layout is one of my grand daughter Claire at the beach. She learned to boogie board during this visit so I know she will be happy to get these pages. The files I used are Fun in the Suncute crab, and for the sand bucket cute beach ball, sand castle and sand pail set. For the background paper I experimented with digital papers from Designs by dani that I purchase on Jessica Sprague's one buck wednesday.  I used the shapes from ppbn file placed them on the page in design studio and dropped the pattern paper files onto the shapes, then I printed the papers with my Epson WF-7520 wide format printer. I got the idea for the picture on page one from pinterest. The sun has a cute little Peachy Keen face. Hope you all are having a great summer I know I am.
